The Del Mar Market is an open-air market ~ held every Saturday afternoon in the beautiful coastal town of Del Mar, California. Open from 12 – 4 pm, it offers vendors access to the community of Del Mar. Located on Coast Highway, it also attracts tourists.
Open to crafters, artists, importers and other retailers, as well as business people and professionals who want to promote their business.
The market is located a few blocks south of town, at the corner of 10th Street and Coast Hwy (Rte #101/Camino del Mar), on the southwest corner, in view of the ocean. Located across the street from the Del Mar Farmers Market (Saturdays, 1 – 4 pm), ours is in the upper parking lot in front of Les Artistes motel, while the Farmers Market is held in the lower parking lot of the Town Hall.
Fee is $40 for the day, payable at the market. All vendors are responsible for furnishing their own tents and supplies. Set-up hours are from 10 am to 12 noon; arrival time no later than 11:15 am. Ample street parking. Sorry, there’s no electricity available.
